> CertiScreen Health Lab was created from a deeply personal understanding of how important timely health awareness can be. After experiencing the loss of loved ones to cancer, that personal experience inspired a commitment to help make provider-ordered blood collection easier and more accessible for individuals and families. 

> Today, CertiScreen brings professional mobile phlebotomy directly to clients, helping remove some of the inconvenience of traveling to traditional collection sites.

 Our mission is to make professional blood collection more convenient and accessible by providing compassionate mobile phlebotomy services where our clients are most comfortable. We are committed to professionalism, dependable service, and a patient-centered experience with every blood draw. 

 

###  What We Do 

> CertiScreen Health Lab LLC provides mobile blood specimen collection for provider-ordered laboratory testing. Our services include standard mobile blood draws, wellness and preventive collections, senior and mobility-focused collections, and oncology-focused laboratory collections.

> We focus on the collection experience while laboratory testing and interpretation of results are handled by the appropriate laboratory and healthcare provider.

> CertiScreen Health Lab LLC was founded by Patricia Ealey, a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) with a passion for providing professional, compassionate, and convenient blood collection services.
